"Needed roadside assistance but mistakenly called Lexington Office when I reached out for assistance. Tiffany offered to help but I did not want to bother her since I am insured out of Henderson. Henderson, not much help other than a referral to an app and a roadside assistance phone number. Roadside assistance was wreck on so many levels, but that is another story. Frustrated and annoyed at what seemed like 20 minutes, I then, went back to a truly exceptional office service service provider, Tiffany Matheny at the Lexington Office, who resolved everything with a level of care, service and professionalism seldom if ever seen. Tasha is quite nice, proficient and very helpful and the Henderson Office is generally spot on. But wow, Tiffany Matheny is clearly a star employee that generates a most favorable impression for Tasha, the Lexington Office, and State Farm. She handled everything quickly, efficiently and with a level of follow-through/personal style that was a delight. First review in 69 years as I usually do not bother. However, Tiffany deserves a special shout-out and I would say that if you need service when you are in need, the very best can be found with Tasha, State Farm and most decidedly, with Tiffany."
